A collection of four magazines, one for each season of the year. Designed with level-appropriate language, each edition offers bilingual content (English and Spanish) and includes a calendar of at-home activities. Within their pages, students will enjoy puzzles, songs, sheet music, rhymes, comic strips, poems, tongue twisters, and riddles, all inspired by the richness of Hispanic culture, geography, and traditions.

Physical Products: All orders for our physical educational toys, books, and curated kits are processed within 20 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Digital Resources: Digital downloads, music files, and online curriculum resources are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
Domestic & International Shipping: As a global educational hub, we proudly ship our materials worldwide.

Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping typically takes 30 business days.

International: International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. Pikitin is not responsible for these additional charges.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Returns for Physical Products

You have 20 days to return a physical item (such as toys, books, or curated kits) from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Discounted items are excluded and do not qualify for returns!

Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Non-Returnable Items. Due to the nature of our educational resources, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Digital downloads (music, stories, and printable resources).

Custom-designed curricula or specialized professional development materials once delivered.

Gift cards.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if a label was provided by us) will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [Insert Email Address] with a description and photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
