Returns for Physical Products

You have 20 days to return a physical item (such as toys, books, or curated kits) from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Discounted items are excluded and do not qualify for returns!

Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Non-Returnable Items. Due to the nature of our educational resources, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Digital downloads (music, stories, and printable resources).

Custom-designed curricula or specialized professional development materials once delivered.

Gift cards.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if a label was provided by us) will be deducted from your refund.
